Brazilian Beauty is on to track to achieving its goal of reaching 50 salons nationally in the next five years, with five stores already booked to open in 2015, two of which will be located in Sydney and Melbourne’s city centres.
With a key demographic of 18-39 and a focus on delivering time efficient, result driven treatments to suit busy lifestyles, Brazilian Beauty is targeting locations with high volume and traffic that are convenient and accessible.
The franchise this year gained formal recognition for its successful model of business, receiving the Award for Small Business Growth at the prestigious Lord Mayor’s Business Awards on 10 October.
Ms Webster was also nominated as a Queensland finalist in the 2014 Telstra Business Women’s Awards.
“It has been amazing to have such positive recognition for the brand. Brazilian Beauty is becoming more well known and looked up to for its successful business model,” she said.
Ms Webster credits the success of the business to its focus on delivering its “client is king” philosophy.
“The key to our success is our people. Our franchisees and team members are all passionate ambassadors of the Brazilian Beauty brand,” she said.
“We make people feel great and gorgeous and as a result it makes us feel great.
“We work together and strive to communicate with our clients, listen to what they want and most importantly surpass their expectations by providing exceptional services.”
Brazilian Beauty maintains the consistency of its brand across every salon by providing each franchisee who joins the business with initial and ongoing training.
“We nurture our franchisees and work collaboratively as a Brazilian Beauty community to make sure the business remains profitable,” Ms Webster said.
Brazilian Beauty opened the doors of its first salon in New Farm in 2004.
The business launched with a focus on waxing and tanning and, controversially, was the first beauty salon in Brisbane to promote the Brazilian wax on radio.
Each Brazilian Beauty salon provides an extensive range of beauty treatments and services including its own range of skin care, the Australian Skin Institute.
Australian beauty salon franchise Brazilian Beauty is growing its network of luxurious salons, opening its 20th salon in December and flagship locations in Melbourne and Sydney early next year.
The 20th store, located at Albany Creek, will further expand the Brazilian Beauty franchise across Brisbane’s city and suburban centres.
Brazilian Beauty Founder and CEO Francesca Webster said the opening of the Albany Creek store was a huge milestone for the business, undergoing an exciting period of growth.
“We are setting ourselves up in a position to grow,” she said.
“Reaching 20 stores is representative of the level of client satisfaction Brazilian Beauty has achieved. The service offering and love of the brand is why franchisees are choosing to be a part of the Brazilian Beauty community.”
