Ba’get is a casual dining venue based in Melbourne with a contemporary take on authentic Vietnamese street food. Soon to open their second store on La Trobe Street in the Melbourne CBD; CEO Duy Huynh plans to take the brand further, opening up opportunities to potential franchisees and investors.
Ba’get is the brainchild of Huynh and his family who have been in the Melbourne food industry for over 14 years, along with business partner and General Manager, Andrew Kelly.
“When we started we definitely saw a gap in the market for a genuine Vietnamese street food venue that also has a high standard of quality and design. From the beginning Ba’get has always been about bringing our customers convenient, healthy food that doesn’t compromise on flavour.”
“Now that we have established our brand, the next twelve months are about expanding our portfolio beyond the Melbourne CBD through franchising,” says Huynh.
“We are looking for partners that will share our passion for Vietnamese food; that will love and live the brand.”
Ba’get is currently under the guidance of McDonnell McPhee & Associates who have developed other food franchises such as Lord of The Fries and Noodle Box.
