Baskin-Robbins added further experience and understanding to the team backing Baskin-Robbins’ growing network of franchise partners. This growth is in-line with the Baskin-Robbins aggressive expansion plans of a further 20 stores this year.
The Baskin-Robbins team has grown by over 15% per cent in the past 3 months, through the appointment of four new team members and the internal promotion of one employee.
New roles have been created for both a Senior Financial Accountant as well as a Marketing Executive.
Blake Canilho has been promoted to the position of Training Manager. He has been part of the Baskin-Robbins Operations team since 2013. Blake is a valued and dedicated member of the franchise partner support team and brings a wealth of experience both operationally as well as within the training discipline, therefore his promotion was a natural progression within the team. Blake will focus on new Franchise Partner training programmes as well training and reaccreditation of existing team members.
Jennifer Vink has been appointed as Baskin-Robbins’ new Senior Financial Accountant. Jennifer joins Baskin-Robbins with over 10 years’ experience in the financial sectors with both Virgin Australia and Toll. In her role as Senior Financial Accountant she will focus on the development, integration and implementation of the groups’ new accounting system.
With more than 25 years of experience in the QSR sector we welcome Marc Fernandez to the role of Business Development Manager. Marc is highly regarded within the franchising network and joins the operational team to support and grow existing franchise partner stores as well.
Colleen Gaerth, a well-rounded marketer with both local and international experience has stepped into the role of Marketing Executive. In her new position Colleen will focus on providing Local Store Marketing plans and initiatives for our Franchise Partner stores.
Joining Baskin-Robbins in the position of Office Manager is Brooke Meredyth, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the retail and event management areas and will be key to establishing best practises in administration within our franchise support centre.
