Growing cafe chain Franky & Co opens its doors in Campbelltown Mall on 22 March 2019. The first Franky & Co opened in Edensor Park Plaza in November 2016. Since then, the success of the cafe and its high quality product has seen the business grow to a promising franchise chain, with additional cafes opening in Neeta City Fairfield, Bonnyrigg Plaza, and most recently Kings Langley Shopping Centre.
Franky & Co founder Frank Micali says:

Franky & Co was established in 2016 and currently has four stores located in Kings Langley, Bonnyrigg, Edensor Park and Fairfield, all shopping centre locations, with another four stores scheduled to open in 2019.
Franky & Co offers customers a wide range of cakes and patisserie items including donuts, tarts, slices and cannoli. The cafe will also serve a range of light meals including pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches and breakfast options. Serving a custom blend of Toby’s Estate coffee, Franky & Co has established a loyal customer base in each of its locations.
In 2018 a training and distribution centre was set up in Silverwater, NSW. This centre allows the Franky & Co brand to ensure the highest standards of quality control; timely, fresh deliveries to all our stores; and constantly evolving staff and franchisees thanks to ongoing training and support.
