The Cheesecake Shop Partners with Red Cross

The Cheesecake Shop has joined forces with Red Cross as a National Community Partner and major sponsor of the Big Cake Bake for 2013 and 2014. Committed to supporting local communities, The Cheesecake Shop will be helping to raise funds that will assist Red Cross in aiding the most vulnerable within communities across Australia and Asia Pacific.

Warwick Konopacki, Managing Director of The Cheesecake Shop is eager to get involved in Big Cake Bake this August. “On behalf of our 180 franchisees, we’re thrilled to partner with Red Cross for the Big Cake Bake over the next two years. Our franchisees are passionate business owners and can’t wait to promote Big Cake Bake in their local communities. There is no better cause to support than Red Cross,” he said.

In its first charitable partnership, The Cheesecake Shop will work alongside Red Cross in promoting Big Cake Bake, a national fundraising campaign that encourages Australian’s to bake the world a better place.

The Cheesecake Shop will also be supporting Big Cake Bake in store with flyers, posters and other marketing material, and by encouraging franchisees to get their local communities involved.
