Cocktails and Beer Raise the Bar at Gami Chicken

A trio of new gin-based cocktails are adding a further point of refinement to Gami Chicken’s casual Korean dining category.

Gin meets tea with a lemon-lime twist in Earl Grey Bliss, soju, honey, and Gun:Bae lager blend perfectly for the Bee’s Nest cocktail, while Yuzu Gin features a citrus-forward cocktail of yuzu, gin, and tonic.

The new cocktails complement Gami Chicken’s current alcoholic drinks menu including their signature house beer Gun:Bae Lager and their soju-based, shake-it-yourself cocktails. With ingredients served to tables in a cocktail shaker allowing guests to shake and pour at their convenience, the shake-it-yourself cocktails add an interactive customer touch point.

“Our focus is on creating a delightful and unique experience for our customers,” said Jun Lee, Executive Director of Gami Chicken. “Our beverage menu taps into our young adult key customer demographic who want to enjoy a drink or two, and make a catch-up with friends and family more of an event rather than just a social occasion.”

Beer is at the heart of the casual dining restaurant and Gun:Bae Lager was specifically developed for Gami Chicken to pair with their renowned chicken share plates. The lager is Gami Chicken’s top selling alcoholic drink, with Gami Cocktails and Flavoured Soju being Gami Chicken’s second and third best-selling drink segments behind the beer.

Gami Chicken’s beverage menu has evolved significantly since Gami Chicken opened their first restaurant in Melbourne in 2006.  The new drink options are available at all Gami Chicken restaurants including their 39th location about to open in Sydney’s Oran Park.
