Crust Pizza Has Most Satisfied Customers

Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar’s customers are the most satisfied of all Quick Service Restaurants according to the latest Customer Satisfaction from Roy Morgan Research.

The gourmet pizza makers have been announced as the winner of Roy Morgan’s independent Customer Satisfaction Award in the QSR Restaurant category for both April and May 2014.

After launching a new menu in April 2014, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar Managing Director Michael Rose believes the timing of the awards is no coincidence.

“Crust has always been focussed on using premium ingredients to create unique flavour combinations,” said Mr Rose.

“Our new menu has seen us raise the bar on what consumers can enjoy on a pizza, and these awards prove that our approach is resonating with the pizza consumer market.”

Part of an industry where the lowest price is often a major selling point, Crust operates in a world far removed from many other players in the field.

Crust’s new menu is made up of eleven new pizzas and sides ranging from salads and starters to dessert; including Upper Crust Singapore Chilli Crab Pizza, Upper Crust Sangria Duck Ragu Pizza, Herb Bread with Hummus and Kalamata Olives and Elvis Crumble Dessert Pizza.
