Ella Baché Receives Family Business Australia Hall of Fame Award

Celebrating the sector which continues to be the backbone of the Australian economy, Ella Baché was inducted into the FBA Family Business Hall of Fame, at its Family Business Conference where over 600 Australian businesses gathered in Melbourne. The FBA Chapter Hall of Fame is a highly-esteemed commendation bestowed by Family Business Australia on outstanding, Australian family businesses.

Greg Griffith, CEO of FBA, says “The awards recognise the contribution family business makes to the Australian economy and culture, employing 50 per cent of the Australian workforce. Most family businesses are Australian owned, providing considerable investment and employment opportunities.”

Over the past 10 years as CEO, Pippa has focused on the same principles the business was founded on, but adds to its repertoire as a trusted go-to voice in the skincare and cosmetic world.

“My philosophy is to make sure women feel confident in their own skin, rather than trying to look like someone else. We want women to embrace the differences that make everyone uniquely beautiful. Our skincare is about enhancing the look of your skin, making it the best it can be,” she says.

Currently in their 65th year in Australia, which also marks the 65th year of an ongoing relationship with David Jones, Ella Baché is focussed on the future. Innovative, established and trustworthy; Ella Baché are focussed solely on our customers, empowering all Australians to feel confident in their skin.
