Foodco, one of Australia’s leading food and coffee franchisors, today announced key executive appointments and internal structural changes across its flagship brands, Jamaica Blue and Muffin Break.
These changes include the consolidation of all direct franchise support functions into clearly defined brand business units. This will ensure clear responsibility and accountability, and the seamless delivery of key strategic programs.
Effective immediately, Drew Eide has been promoted to the role of General Manager Jamaica Blue and Natalie Brennan promoted to the position of General Manager Muffin Break.
Serge Infanti, Managing Director at Foodco says,
“We are extremely proud of the evolution and reputation of Jamaica Blue and Muffin Break. As senior brand managers, Drew and Natalie have been pivotal to the exceptional growth that both brands have experienced. Their promotions are well deserved recognition of their hard work and we look forward to the future with a great deal of excitement and optimism.”
“Under the new structure, we look to improve efficiencies and the ability to deliver programs specifically designed for the unique requirements of each brand. We’ll be able to respond to the market quicker by streamlining and narrowing the decision making process,” says Serge.
In further developments for Jamaica Blue specifically, Danika Heslop, Executive Chef, will head up a newly formed product and procurement function, and Jeremy Regan, Head of Coffee, will lead new projects dedicated to driving coffee growth.
