Fastway Couriers Launceston under new ownership

Fastway Couriers have announced that its Launceston franchise is under new management. Now locally owned and operated by new Regional Franchisees, Tom Wendt and Rob Cadwallander, the Launceston team services the greater Launceston region, which includes Ulverstone, Invermay, Riverside, Burnie, Prospect and Devonport. The dynamic business owners have been familiarising themselves with the local region as Courier Franchisees, and getting to know the Fastway Couriers’ brand and business model.

Tom, Rob and the dedicated Launceston team are set to offer a refreshed and innovative approach to the service delivery in the region, with a strong focus on customer excellence and service consistency. Tom Wendt, Regional Franchisee at Fastway Couriers Launceston, said,

Tom has a strong customer-focused background from his career in the aviation industry, with previous roles including recruitment and customer service at a private jet company and also Qantas. Tom commented on the new level of service that’s offered to customers at Fastway Couriers Launceston:
