Forty Winks will welcome its 92nd Franchise on 30 September with the opening of a new store in Busselton, WA. This expansion follows a significant milestone for Forty Winks, as Australia’s largest bedroom specialist retailer celebrates 30 years of bringing Australians a better night’s rest. Located at 24-26 Bussell Highway, the new 644 square metre store will serve as owners Trent and Jayda Dunn’s second Forty Winks venture in WA.
“Owning and running a small business that has a strong and trusted bedroom product offering for the local community is truly satisfying. My wife and I opened our first Forty Winks Franchise in Bunbury in 2010, so we’re excited to expand the offering as we open the doors in Busselton,” said Trent. “We plan to better serve the southern area of Western Australia and offer a complete service, extending our ability to supply goods faster with a local point of contact,” added Trent.
From its humble beginnings of just a handful of stores in Melbourne in 1984, Forty Winks has grown into a household bedroom retailer, with more than 90 successful stores operating across Australia in every state and territory.
“As Forty Winks celebrates its 30 year milestone, the business is continuing to thrive and grow with a number of new sites under review and new stores due to open within 12 months. The ongoing success of Forty Winks can be attributed to the group of loyal and committed franchisees that have continued to grow the business to the success it is today,” said Danny Smulders, National Operations Manager at Forty Winks.
Forty Winks Busselton, WA’s 10th Forty Winks store will offer a huge range of beds, bedding, bedroom furniture, children’s furniture, mattresses, manchester and soft furnishings from leading suppliers.
