Gelatissimo Goes Digital with ‘Club Gelato’ Loyalty App

MICROS Australia, a leading provider of technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, is pleased to announce that award-winning Australian gelato franchise, Gelatissimo, has digitised its Club Gelato loyalty program. Utilising the MICROS iCare customer loyalty solution and Gruden’s Mobile Den Retail Platform, Gelatissimo will today launch the Club Gelato App available on iPhone and Android.

Gelatissimo selected MICROS iCare customer loyalty solution to drive customer visits and spending through iCare’s real-time, stored value and loyalty tracking. Seamlessly integrated with the MICROS point of sale system, MICROS iCare has been rolled out nationally across all 32 Gelatissimo stores and will enable Gelatissimo to track and analyse customer activities from a central database. This means management and staff can spend more time focusing on the business and customer experience and less time managing technology.

Built on the award winning Mobile Den Retail Platform, the Club Gelato Mobile App offers features that will not only deliver a comprehensive digital experience to Gelatissimo customers, but also help the brand connect with customers in new and exciting ways. Some of these features include menu, rewards, social media integration, store locator, promotions and more.

Gelatissimo will also be able to reach out to customers directly with engaging advertising campaigns through the Mobile Den Retail Platform, providing loyal customers with unique marketing messages that can be tailored based on customer transactions and preferences to increase spend, encourage repeat visits and attract customers during less busy times, while measuring response in real-time.
