G.J. Gardner Homes has once again been named the most trusted Aussie builder by Australian consumers who have had a new home built in the past 12 months.

CEO Darren Wallis said the franchise building network received a rating of 4.7 out of a possible 5-star ratings from 214 reviews on, making them the top rated national builder among hundreds of national builders that are tracked by the consumer opinion website.

“This win comes on the back of G.J. Gardner Homes recently being named by the HIA as the 8th top national builder across the country, up from 10th place last year,” Mr Wallis said.

“In 2017 our franchisees together sold over 3000 homes across the country, with a total sales figure of over $900 million.”

Mr Wallis said exceptional customer service was something the franchise had developed over many years, which involved an ongoing analysis of the franchise’s systems, procedures and culture in order to refine and develop these to help franchisees provide the very best customer service possible.

“Our dedication to refining our customer focus has also been recognised by our peers and last year we were named Australian Established Franchisor of the Year,” he said.
