It’s a Summer Steak Burger Bun-nanza at Hog’s!

A steak burger is the very essence of an Aussie summer, so the meat masters at iconic Aussie Steakhouse, Hog’s, are serving up a range of steak burgers to sink your teeth into from Jan 21 to March 11.

The Whole Hog, The Classic Hog and The Hoggie Cheesesteak each feature a juicy, tender cut of steak pimped up with perfectly-paired toppings and sauces on a soft bun, complete with Hog’s signature Curly Fries, all for just $19.95 each.

To celebrate Australia Day and kick-off their 30th Birthday year, Hog’s is offering a free glass of wine, bottle of beer or glass of soft drink with each Whole Hog burger ordered on Saturday, January 26. All you have to do is say the phrase “Go the Whole Hog on Australia Day” when you order, so gather your mates and grab a fully-loaded burger at Hog’s on Jan 26.

These limited time steak burgers are the first offering from Hog’s new Executive Chef, John Alexander. After impressive tenures at National Leisure and Gaming, “Brisbane’s Worst Vegetarian Restaurant”, Norman Hotel, and most recently as Executive Chef at the renowned Eatons Hill Hotel, we can’t wait to taste what Chef Alexander has in store for Hog’s Australia’s Steakhouse.

Now, let’s introduce the three stars of the show, or what we like to call, Happiness by the Handful:

·         The Whole Hog
Tender juicy grilled steak, hickory smoked BBQ sauce, sizzling bacon, fried egg, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, Spanish red onion and Aussie fan favourites beetroot and juicy pineapple, all topped with Hog’s handmade burger sauce on a soft bun.

·         The Classic Hog
Tender juicy grilled steak, fiery coconut chilli Byron Bay sauce, cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomato, all topped with Hog’s handmade burger sauce on a soft bun.

·         The Hoggie Cheesesteak
Tender juicy grilled steak strips, American cheese sauce, Spanish red onion and jalapeño slices topped with yellow mustard on a soft long bun.

The new burger range will be available at all restaurants from January 21 and by delivery at select locations. Don’t wait too long to satisfy your burger urge as they’re only around until March 11.
