JUMP! Swim schools has relaunched its new franchising program again with the aim of another 10 sites across Australia before the end of 2021.
With enrolment numbers up across the network and many existing sites near capacity, the time is right for growth, according to CEO Mark Collins.
“There are a few factors that are aligning for JUMP! Swim Schools that make this the perfect timing for expansion,” said Mark. “Our parent entity, Belgravia Group, acquired the business in late 2019 and we firstly wanted some time to manage the business and ensure a really smooth transition. We feel like we’ve got a really good understanding of the business now to grow it effectively.”
Mark said the dedicated work of the JUMP! head office team and individual franchisees has also seen client loyalty soar, with a recent review of the brand’s Net Promoter Score revealing that JUMP! offers a unique proposition to parents.
“Our Net Promoter Score is currently sitting at 87.1 with respondents ranking qualified, friendly and highly engaged swim teachers as the number one reason, followed by the small classes and the boutique nature of the centres. Parents are really looking for that boutique offering now, especially after what was experienced during 2020 with COVID, so we’re certainly meeting the market demand there.”
JUMP! Swim School currently offers swimming lessons to babies and children in small class sizes at 53 boutique facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
