Kwik Kopy Australia, a leading provider in the design, print, and signage industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Jensen as the new General Manager of Operations. Tim will be succeeding John Sexton, who has decided to step down after 20 years of dedicated service.
John Sexton’s decision to transition out of his role as Chief Operations Officer comes after careful consideration. We are grateful for John’s long notice period, which has allowed us ample time to recruit the best candidate for his position and ensure a seamless handover. John will continue to support Kwik Kopy until November 1, 2024, working closely with Tim and the Kwik Kopy Australia team during the transition.
Tim Jensen joins Kwik Kopy with a distinguished career in franchise development and operations. He most recently served as Head of Operations at Chatime for Australia, and the USA. His impressive track record spans over two decades across various high-growth organisations, including Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, Tatts Group, Nandos Australia, and Woolworths Limited.
Tim brings extensive experience and a customer-centric approach, having successfully led large teams and driven significant growth in multi-site, multi-channel, and multi-brand businesses. His expertise in transforming field teams into effective business coaches, coupled with his progressive outlook on business engagement and development, makes him an excellent fit for Kwik Kopy.

Tim’s ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a franchise-centric culture will be instrumental in guiding Kwik Kopy’s operational excellence and growth.
