La Porchetta Henderson Wins Customer Service Award

La Porchetta Henderson has won the group’s Customer Service award for New Zealand.

This is the third win for franchisees Sean and Debbie Keys, who previously won the same award twice for their Parnell restaurant. 

The Customer Service award recognises excellence in quality, presentation, service and best practice among other criteria. It is based entirely on La Porchetta’s Mystery Shopper program and franchisees and staff never know when they are being assessed.

'Winning this award is a real boost to our staff and a great acknowledgment of their hard work,' said Sean. 'They focus on providing the best possible customer service and making sure that everyone is well looked after. They aim to ensure that customers may walk in a stranger, but they certainly walk out as a friend.'

La Porchetta has eight restaurants in New Zealand and more than 60 in Australia.  The group built its reputation by providing a great range of value meals and quick and friendly service.

And it seems the Keys’ focus on customer service has won them a well deserved reputation among happy travellers.  Their Parnell restaurant won a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2013.
