La Porchetta has withdrawn from negotiations with Retail Food Group (RFG) regarding the purchase of its business.
Following recent negotiations, La Porchetta has decided it is not in the company’s best interest to continue negotiating with RFG. This decision was made on the basis of both shareholder interest and company values.
