La Porchetta takes on a New Look!

La Porchetta has introduced a new restaurant design and the first installation has just been implemented at the Melton restaurant, recently relocated to 533 High Street.

The new La Porchetta restaurant caters for couples, families and large groups alike, with striking feature dividers that create smaller dining spaces in an open, light-filled venue. Warm timber finishes and iconic wall art provide a distinctly Italian feel, while digital menu boards place it firmly in the 21st century.

“We put a lot of work into creating the right mix of a comfortable and welcoming, family-friendly, Italian-style restaurant and the fast, warm service we’re known for,” says CEO of La Porchetta Sara Pantaleo.

Melton franchisee, Vito Ramondetta was asked to be the first to implement the company’s new design and he spent many long hours completing the finishing touches so that he could open in time for the festive season. It came as no surprise that he was awarded La Porchetta’s Franchisee of the Year at the group’s recent annual conference. “It was a real acknowledgement of our hard working staff and management team,” he said.

“Vito and the Melton team won this year’s Franchisee of the Year award because they are always willing to go the extra mile to make theirs a standout restaurant, says Ms Pantaleo.  “This year, they worked extra hard to meet tight deadlines in opening the new Melton premises and they’ve created a warm and inviting venue that patrons really enjoy.”
