Last night, Mayor of the City of Stirling Mark Irwin and former AFL West Coast Eagles player and Brownlow Medallist Matt Priddis, joined Quest Apartment Hotels CEO Zed Sanjana, to officially open Quest Innaloo, at 1 Sunray Drive. Mr Sanjana was delighted to formally open Quest Innaloo, adding 80 rooms to the Perth market.
“Last night’s opening was a continuation of Quest’s assertive growth strategy within the Perth market, helping to meet continually increasing demands for premium accommodation for the business traveller segment. Visitor numbers to Perth continue to increase year-on-year, with Tourism Western Australia recording 10.6 million overnight domestic and international visitors travelling within WA, year ending September 2017.
“Opening Quest Innaloo is an excellent opportunity as we see the area continuing to develop, fuelled by the Stirling Cross development, a mixed-use project with 154 residential and 80 serviced apartments. Stirling Cross is located at the very heart of the fastest-growing economic hub in WA, minutes from Perth CBD, moments from Leederville’s café strip and just a short walk to major shopping centre Westfield Innaloo,” said Mr Sanjana.
Mayor of the City of Stirling Mark Irwin, said it is a sensational result to see Quest open its doors.
“The property stands right in the heart of the Stirling City Centre, which is beginning to undergo a significant transformation. This area including Herdsman and Glendalough represents the largest business precinct outside of the Perth CBD, accounting for over 40,000 local jobs. With a thriving economy worth over $12 billion per annum and investor confidence at an all-time high, this area continues to grow.
“The development of the Stirling City Centre is our number one priority and we are working closely with State and Federal Government to create an accessible, sustainable and vibrant urban centre with increased jobs, transport and housing for our community.
“The City is delighted that Quest Apartments have chosen to locate in the Stirling City Centre and we appreciate Quest’s support to achieve our vision.” the Mayor said
Developed by the Fini Group, Quest Innaloo features 80 serviced apartments – a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, offering guests a relaxed and comfortable accommodation experience, perfect for both short and long stays, with fully-equipped kitchen, business lounge and on-site gymnasium.
The broad pipeline of nine new property openings over the next year across Australia shows substantial growth for Quest. In addition to Innaloo, this includes Quest Apartment Hotel properties to be located in Midland and Mends Street (WA); Springfield Central and Cannon Hill (QLD); Maribyrnong, Epping, Notting Hill and NewQuay (VIC); and Penrith (NSW).
