Michel’s Patisserie Finalist in Australian Retailer of the Year

Michel’s Patisserie has been named as a finalist in the Australian Retailers Association’s Retailer of the Year Awards. Open to any major retailer across Australia with more than ten outlets and a proven dedication to the ongoing success of the retail sector, Michel’s Patisserie was the only finalist named from the coffee shop/café industry.

More than 600 qualified Baristas work throughout Michel’s Patisseries network of 316 stores, and serve an average of 20 million cups of coffee Australia-wide each year.

As a finalist for Australian Retailer of the Year, Michel’s is in good company alongside other iconic Australian retailers including Best & Less, Myer and The Good Guys.

Michel’s Patisserie Managing Director Steve Pagett said that being named a finalist for the Australian Retailer of the Year award was testament to the hard work of the business’ franchisees.

“We are ecstatic to have been named as a Finalist for the Australian Retailer of the Year,” said Mr Pagett.

“As well as being in good company alongside other successful Australian Retailers, we are proud to be one of the few franchises named as a Finalist in the awards.

“This is testament to the hard work and commitment of all of our franchisees across the country, the dedication of our operations and marketing teams and the support of Retail Food Group behind the Michel’s Patisserie brand.”
