Midas Justice League Competition a Major Success
One of Australia’s most trusted automotive service and repair providers, Midas, partnered with Warner Bros. and Roadshow Films to promote the release of the hit DC Comics movie, Justice League, in late 2017.
Conducted across the national Midas network of more than 80 automotive service centres, the promotion saw thousands of Midas customers take part by booking their car for a service during the promotion period which ran from October 3 to November 30, 2017.
Along with each customer service booking at any Midas store nationwide, every customer was able to redeem tickets online to be among the first to see the Justice League movie.
Bringing together an unprecedented number of super-heroes in one action packed, family friendly blockbuster,the Justice League movie features timeless DC Comics stars Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg.
Once the Justice League movie tickets were redeemed, each Midas customer was automatically placed in the draw to win the major prize, a Warner Bros. Movie World Experience for four people including flights and five nights’ accommodation at Sea World Nara Resort on the Gold Coast.
The lucky Midas Justice League competition grand prize winner is Raymund Jorge who took his car for servicing to Midas Liverpool (NSW) during November 2017.
“It was a great surprise as well as very exciting when I found out that I had won the Midas Justice League competition. What a fantastic Christmas present, thanks Midas,” Mr Jorge said.
According to Midas General Manager of Service, Mark Geraghty, this promotion exceeded the expectations of both Midas and the automotive service company’s promotion partners Warner Bros. and Roadshow Films.
“The Midas Justice League promotion has been a great success. Our service centres experienced a 30% jump in new customers and we received thousands of online entries. Our competition partners, Warner Bros. and Roadshow Films, were excited by the results and are keen to do more with Midas as an on-going partner,” Mr Geraghty stated.
