MOTTO MOTTO ANNOUNCE FIRST SYDNEY FRANCHISE PARTNERS AS THEY TARGET FURTHER GROWTH
Brisbane headquartered Japanese casual dining group Motto Motto has appointed their first NSW franchise partners to own and operate their Castle Towers restaurant.
This comes just weeks after announcing a further two restaurant openings at Robina Town Centre (Gold Coast, QLD) and Marrickville Metro (Marrickville, NSW) in Sydney, all within the first six months of this year.
Trang Tran and Ajay Shrkar will operate the Castle Towers restaurant as Motto Motto’s latest franchisees. This partnership kicks off franchising in NSW for the Japanese brand, after commencing in Queensland six months ago.
“Trang and Ajay bring a new level of sophistication to franchising at Motto Motto, being experienced operators with a food background and having a love of premium dining, we are super excited for them to become part of Motto Motto’s inner sanctum. Like our name, meaning more, we know Trang and Ajay will bring more passion, more value and more smiles to our guests at Castle Towers,” said Chief Operating Officer Matt Fickling.
Ajay Shrkar and Trang Tran are excited to get started, saying “We feel very lucky to have joined Motto Motto as early franchise partners, we can see they have a recipe for success, and we can’t wait to introduce more people at Castle Towers to our delicious ramen, rice and curry dishes!”
