Motto Motto Lands Franchise Partnership With Food Travel Experts

Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen is thrilled to announce its partnership with food travel experts, SSP to launch a new dining experience at Brisbane Domestic Airport, taking airport dining to a new altitude. Situated prominently opposite Gate 40 in the Virgin Terminal Food Court, between industry giants McDonald’s and Red Rooster, Motto Motto is set to redefine the airport fast casual dining by bridging the gap between fast food and quality dining.

A Fresh Take on Airport Dining + Motto Mornings

This collaboration marks a significant evolution for Motto Motto, as it introduces a fresh concept designed to cater to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks on the go. While the menu continues to feature the brand’s signature flavour-packed ramen, comforting rice bowls, and iconic Japanese curry, the introduction of ‘Motto Mornings’ brings new possibilities to early morning travellers.

‘Motto Mornings’ introduces the ‘Tokyo Roll’— the new breakfast hero! Crafted from premium Australian ingredients such as bacon, free-range eggs, wagyu beef, karaage chicken and tempura fish, all encased in a Japanese-style mini milk bun. Diners are invited to customise their Tokyo Roll with an array of tantalising sauce selections, including tonkatsu,, yuzu hollandaise, spicy hollandaise, miso cream, or ketchup, ensuring a quick Japanese inspired but familiar breakfast experience tailored to individual tastes. To top it all off, guests can also add seaweed salted hash browns to their meals to smash their morning cravings.

Beyond the Tokyo Roll, the breakfast menu boasts a selection of barista-crafted coffees, Japanese-inspired freshly brewed iced teas, and freshly squeezed Queensland orange juice, promising a refreshing start to the day that seamlessly merges Japanese influences with beloved breakfast classics.
