Motto Motto – second store opens in Sydney

Brisbane’s Motto Motto has opened their second New South Wales restaurant on February 29th at Castle Towers Shopping Centre. When Motto Motto opened in Brisbane in 2014, people queued out the door. Now the Japanese restaurant brand is bringing their fine dining quality fare to Castle Hill, as part of an ambitious national expansion strategy and just months after announcing their plans to franchise the brand.

Locals can expect the same menu that has made them a Brisbane favourite. The brand is bringing a new grade of food quality to Castle Hill’s dining precinct featuring Motto Motto top picks such as seared salmon & avocado, classic ramen and Wagyu beef cloud rolls.

Head of Brand & Marketing, Matt Fickling said, “We are finally bringing our ‘Motto Motto grade’ to more Sydneysiders. Our guests can expect Wagyu beef with a minimum marble score of six to nine, sashimi grade salmon and tuna, our famous 12-hour cooked ramen super broth and genuine taste to bring fine dining quality, without the fine dining prices to Castle Hill locals.” Castle Hill will be the restaurant group’s 7th restaurant nationally.

Motto Motto Castle Hill is located at Shop 32, Level 3 near Event Cinema, Castle Towers Shopping Centre
