Mr Rental has celebrated the network’s top achievers at the 2014 Mr Rental Franchisee Awards, capping off a successful three-day annual conference.
The top awards for Franchisee of the Year went to Greg and Natalie Nash from Mr Rental Coorparoo and Capalaba for Australia with Dave Hand and Richard Cunningham from Mr Rental Hutt Valley taking the top prize for New Zealand.
Franchisees and support office staff from New Zealand and Australia converged on Novotel Twin Waters Resort, Sunshine Coast to discuss business goals for the network’s future before Mr Rental’s top performing stores were announced.
“The Franchisee of the Year awards recognise those in the network who are consistently maintaining the highest standards within their Mr Rental stores in Australia and New Zealand,” Mr Rental Marketing and Product Manager Grant Peck said.
“Our Franchisee of the Year winners are constantly achieving an outstanding rental result while excelling in customer service and operations.
“While we congratulate the franchisees from Mr Rental Coorparoo and Capalaba and Mr Rental Hutt Valley, I also acknowledge the winners of our eight other major awards that went to our exemplary franchisees within our network.
“Our franchisees have put in an excellent effort and this success is an indicator of an exciting future for the company.”
Supported by domestic and international suppliers, the evening was the perfect event to celebrate the past year’s success, while acknowledging the group’s high performers.
The gala dinner was hosted by Mr Rental’s founders, Kerrianne and Glen Hickman who began the company in 1991 before it franchised in 2001.
