Narellan Pools unveil state of the art facility to fuel rapid growth

Iconic Australian pool brand Narellan Pools has unveiled a new super-manufacturing facility in Picton, south of Sydney.

The plant, officially opened by The Honorable Angus Taylor MP, will service Narellan Pools growing domestic market as the company experiences an aggressive growth phase.

The state-of-the-art facility includes an innovation centre to fuel continued development of 40-year-old brand’s market-leading fibreglass technology.

“Today, clients are demanding a far more sophisticated product which requires pool manufacturers to continually innovate,” says Narellan Pools Managing Director Chris Meyer.  “We have a history of innovation but our new facility provides us with the scale and resources to take this to a whole new level – it doubles our manufacturing capability. We have a number of projects we are currently working which we are going to be able to commercialise more quickly.”

“Narellan Pools has evolved along with the market to meet these changing demands, supplying businesses across the world with market leading in-ground composite swimming pools,” he said.

As well as supporting the domestic market, the plant will also service the company’s export arm as Narellan Pools’ profile and reputation for design, manufacturing and quality continues to grow internationally. The company has returned its third year of double-digit growth, and is looking forward to continuing the growth.

“Narellan Pools has worked hard to stay ahead of an evolving market for the last four decades.  As a result, the company is at the forefront of current trends – both nationally and internationally.”

Renowned equally for quality as it is for innovation, Narellan Pools boasts an ISO 9001 accreditation; an internationally recognised quality management standard. In the increasingly crowded pool industry, Narellan Pools’ point of difference is the brand’s longevity, superior product and unparalleled quality.

“Narellan Pools’ immediate focus is to recruit and develop franchisees, franchising all remaining markets across Australia for the brand. We are fortunate to be in a position to create meaningful work for Australians,” he said.
