The Opposite Lock 4x4 Of The Year (OTY) Competition
Opposite Lock has taken over as the sole sponsor of this year’s 4x4 Australia’s 4x4 OTY Shootout. Competing vehicles were put through their paces from January 29 to February 1, over the most rugged terrain near Lithgow in The Blue Mountains, NSW.
The new 4WD vehicles tested were:-
Nissan Patrol Y62
Toyota LandCruiser 200 GXL (new petrol V8)
Holden Colorado 7 (budget wagon based on Colorado ute)
Land Rover Discovery MY13 (new/revised diesel plus ZF 8-speed)
Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport (new V6; 4X4’s four-door long-termer)
Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (new V6; two-door)
In celebration of this involvement, Opposite Lock has launched a nationwide competition.
Predict the winner of this year’s 4X4 of the Year, and you could win an OL Bullbar, fitted with a set of Lightforce XGT 240mm HD driving lights and a V9500 VRS Winch, to the combined value, when fitted at an Opposite Lock store, of well over $3500.
Complete the online entry form on the Opposite Lock website, or in store. Select the same vehicle that the judges pick as the 2013 winner, and in 25 words or less tell why you enjoy shopping at Opposite Lock, and your name and contact details will go into the national draw.
The entry must be submitted online before the closing date of 4th March. If the entry form is filled out at an Opposite Lock store, the entrant’s name will also go into the draw to win a $100 OL Gift Voucher.
