Long-running Australian food franchisor, Concept Eight, has just launched its successful premium burger brand, Pattysmiths in Caroline Springs VIC, joining 15 other restaurants throughout Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the ACT. This is the fourth Pattysmiths restaurant in Victoria, with several new sites about to be launched throughout Melbourne. Watch this space. Launching in a lockdown was never going to be easy, but this site has exploded, offering premium comfort food which can be picked up or delivered.
Pattysmiths offers a gourmet alternative to traditional fast food burgers, thanks to their attention to quality. Each of their freshly ground wagyu beef patties is lovingly hand-smashed on a custom-built cast iron hot plate, ensuring the patties are cooked to perfection and served with that trademark golden crust you won’t see elsewhere.
In addition to Pattysmiths, the Caroline restaurant will also be co-branded with sister brand Alabama Chicken & Wings, which began as a virtual brand operating out of Pattysmiths and Noodle Box restaurants nationally. Alabama Chicken & Wings brings the essence of the deep south with its signature range of rubs and sauces and is now available over the counter at selected locations.
Pattysmiths has also recently launched their Online Ordering and Rewards app, Concept Ate Rewards, and are offering a free large chips with a burger purchase simply by downloading and signing up as a member. The app allows contactless ordering via order ahead or they can have their meal delivered within a 5km radius, plus be rewarded for every purchase.
