Quest adds 147 rooms to SYD market– opens doors in Bella Vista

Today Quest Apartment Hotels opened Quest Bella Vista at 24 Norbrik Drive, increasing Quest’s offering in Sydney by 147 rooms.

The brand new premium quality apartment hotel is located within the Norwest Business Park, which currently accommodates 20,000 employees, major company headquarters such as Woolworths, Resmed, Braun, Subaru and Finance Capital, and a broad range of SMEs.

Just 33kms from the Sydney CBD, with easy access to the airport and Sydney’s manufacturing and distribution hubs, Quest Bella Vista is ideally located for the corporate traveller. The property is also within close proximity to Norwest Private Hospital and two major shopping centres – Norwest Circa and Norwest Marketown.

Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana was pleased to open the group’s second largest property, which he states only further exemplifies the robust confidence the leading apartment hotel operator has in Sydney and the state of New South Wales.

“As each property opening demonstrates, New South Wales is a truly significant growth market for Quest and one we aim to continue focusing a great part of our energy on, ensuring we solidify and strengthen our presence in the state,” said Mr Sanjana.

“Bella Vista is on a solid growth trajectory, in terms of becoming a business centre for surrounding suburbs and Sydney more broadly. Furthermore, Sydney continues to dominate as the premier destination for all traveller types – domestic, international, leisure and business.”

“We’ve already received significant demand for Quest Bella Vista and I am confident the property is going to be a successful and valuable contributor to the Quest network, he concluded.

Quest Bella Vista Franchisees, father and son team – Kamal and Sagar Verma – expressed their excitement about being a part of the Quest network and having the opportunity to own and operate such a large property in the up and coming business centre of Bella Vista.

Kamal and Sagar joined Quest after successfully establishing and operating their own café brand of Coco Noir in Sydney over four years. Alongside Coco Noir, they ran Dymocks Bookstore franchises in Bondi Junction and the Sydney CBD. Kamal spent most of his early career as a civil engineer managing major projects including the Anzac Bridge. Already operating Quest Dubbo, they expressed their enthusiasm about opening Quest Bella Vista in the vibrant Sydney market.

“We are so excited to be opening Quest Bella Vista today. It is such an amazing opportunity as we see Bella Vista continuing to develop, fuelled by the Norwest Business Park that hosts a number of large national and international companies. Bella Vista is establishing a reputation as a highly sought after business centre for companies to base themselves,” Sagar said.

“The quality of the property is of the highest standard and we can’t wait to deliver the best possible customer service to ensure each guest has the premium experience they expect from a Quest Apartment Hotel,” Kamal added.

Developed by Kingsmede, the brand new property features 147 apartments over seven levels, with contemporary conference facilities, an onsite gymnasium and car parking.

The coming 12 months sees an extensive pipeline of new property openings for Quest across Australasia, opening in 10 new locations. Along with Bella Visa, this includes: Mounts Bay Road, East Perth and Fremantle (WA); Newcastle West, Macquarie Park and Griffith (NSW); Port Adelaide (SA); Dandenong Central (VIC); and Petone (New Zealand).
