Quest Serviced Apartments has officially opened its 10th Western Australian property today – Quest Rockingham, at 22 Flinders Lane.
Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana was delighted to open the leading serviced apartment operator’s newest property in Western Australia, confident about its future success with economic growth expected to continue in Rockingham and the neighbouring Kwinana.
“Rockingham continues to show strong economic growth with eight major infrastructure developments worth $290m currently planned to transform the local area with new cafes, restaurants and parklands,” said Mr Sanjana.
“Located only 200 meters from the Rockingham foreshore al fresco café and dining strip, I am extremely confident in the property’s ability to meet the consistent demands for corporate and leisure accommodation in the area.”
“Western Australia is a key growth market for Quest; today’s opening in Rockingham is the first of five property openings scheduled for the next two years. I’m thrilled to see Quest expand its presence in Western Australia by providing more accommodation choices for the booming corporate market,” he concluded.
Quest Rockingham franchisees and lifelong friends – Brett Nazzari and Ian Grljusich – expressed their excitement about the new venture with Quest, having no regrets leaving behind successful careers in other industries.
‘I’m looking forward to establishing Quest Rockingham as the accommodation provider of choice in the local area. I’m also very confident in the ability of our team to deliver the high quality service and guest experience expected from Quest,” said Mr Grljusich.
Mr Nazzari expressed the pair’s appreciation towards their community and their enthusiasm for getting involved with local businesses and events, following their major sponsorship of the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce (RKCC) 2015 Business Awards.
“We have received an exceptional amount of support from the local community and are tremendously thankful. The backing of the business community has also been outstanding and we’re looking forward to strengthening existing relationships, forging new ones and ensuring we become valuable contributors to the community.”
“We are extremely confident in the future success of the property with major developments coming over the next few years set to transform the local area with new cafes, restaurants and parklands,” he concluded.
The coming 18 months sees an extensive pipeline of new property openings for Quest across Australia, opening up in 11 locations. Further to Rockingham, this includes West Perth, Mounts Bay Road, East Perth and Fremantle (WA); Chermside (QLD); Newcastle, Chatswood, St Leonards and Bella Vista (NSW); and Dandenong Central (VIC).
