Dynamic husband and wife team at Quest Bundoora, Ky and Mark O’Shea were named the Single Unit Franchisee of the Year for VIC/TAS at the Franchise Council of Australia awards event last week.
The Regional Franchisee of the Year Award recognises superior business and financial performance, high guest satisfaction, staff retention and strong community engagement. Ky and Mark were able to perform strongly across a range of criteria.
Quest General Manager – Franchise Operations, David Ridgeway said the award not only recognised the franchisees’ professionalism and commitment to running a successful and profitable business but their strong partnerships with staff and the local community.
“Ky and Mark have been with the Quest network for nearly 15 years and bring such a wonderful attitude and energy to our company. Customers are always their priority as well as investing in their staff training and development. We are extremely proud of them and wish them the best of luck for the FCA National Awards, which will be announced in October,” Mr Ridgeway said.
Franchisees Ky and Mark O’Shea said they were thrilled to receive the award and thanked their teams at both Quest Bundoora and Quest Epping as well as the entire Quest network.

Our journey with Quest started in 2005 when we were property managers at Quest Knox and the incredible support, training and advice we’ve had from Quest head office has been invaluable in helping us to pursue and achieve our business goals.
