Jim’s Building Inspections has recently launched in Western Australia and Senaka Daluwatta from Riverton is one of the State’s first franchisees.
Senaka, a graduate in Quantity Surveying and Post Graduate Diploma holder in Construction Project Management, has over 20 years of experience in building and construction industry.
His extensive experience in construction projects as a Contracts Administrator and also knowledge of building technology, codes and standards is well suited to the building inspection industry.
Senaka is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and an Associate Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He is also a Registered Tax Agent and runs his own practice specialising in Tax Depreciation and Capital Allowances for residential and commercial investment properties.
He offers a wide range of house inspections services that range from basic, cost efficient Pre-purchase Building Inspections to Premium Building Inspections (which incorporates a Licensed Plumber, Electrician, Building Inspection and more to give the client total piece of mind when purchasing a new home).
