Retail superstars of Australia’s favourite juice bar have been recognised for their high achievements at Boost Juice’ annual conference in Fiji.
Boost founder Janine Allis, along with over 350 store partners, business managers, suppliers and support office team members at the conference.
General Manager Adam Neill said the conference provided the perfect opportunity to take time out from the day to day operations, and ending with the gala dinner at which standout performers were awarded for their achievements.
Adam said, “This has been a huge year for Boost – we opened our 250th store earlier in the year and also celebrated our milestone 16th year since the first Boost store opened in Adelaide – all this could not have been possible without some real superstars in the network”.
“Our in-store team and partners are the life and soul of our business and rewarding them for their achievements is a highlight of our conference.”
“This year our National Partner of the Year award was won by Daniel Mesiti and Anthony Stahl, who have demonstrated incredible passion and leadership skills throughout their five stores. They are highly regarded nationally and we ‘re really proud of the work they have achieved over the past 11 years.”
Anthony said, “Winning partner of the year has been an honour if you consider the quality of partners we have in our network. We are extremely grateful and proud to be given such an award.”
“The love life values of Boost and making people feel just a little bit better is something very inspiring and something I am very passionate about.”
For a second year running, big winner Cassie Beverley was awarded for her Excellence in Operations for Boost Juice Monash University, Victoria. This is a great achievement and true testament of the continual dedication and commitment put in by our partners.
“It’s been an extraordinary year and we cannot wait to see what our partner network will help Boost achieve next, the opportunities are boundless,” said Adam.
