Soul Origin’s ‘Round Up’ for Starlight

On December 15, Soul Origin will be harnessing its renowned community spirit to fundraise towards a goal of $5,000 for Starlight Children’s Foundation (Starlight).

The ‘healthy fast food’ brand will be paying it forward this Christmas, inviting customers to round up the cost of their coffee to provide over 125 sick kids access to Starlight’s Captain Starlight and Starlight Express Room programs.

“This is a great time of year for people to feel good about a small gesture that will go towards making a big difference,” says Soul Origin General Manager, Chris Mavris. “Christmas can be a particularly difficult time for sick kids and their families, so we wanted to help make it just that little bit easier.”

The Soul Origin family is passionate about giving back, both in local communities around each store, as well as supporting broader causes as a brand. This is a continuation of Soul Origin’s support of Starlight, following The Footy Show’s ‘Big Change for Little Champions’ telethon, where Soul Origin donated $10,000 and fuelled volunteers with coffee and food.

“We love what Starlight is able to do in brightening the lives of seriously ill children and their families, and sharing our philosophy of making a difference through positivity and good experiences.”
