Superfinish Express appoints new Manager

Leading mobile paint and bumper repair network, Superfinish Express, has recently appointed Caedmon Foy as its Franchise Development Manager. Foy brings to the franchise 21 years of corporate experience and seven years as a successful franchise owner working in the Brisbane area.

Foy says he is focused on ensuring that the company’s strategic development plans are met and recruitment targets are achieved. He will assist in rolling out new franchisees, managing recruitment and assisting franchisees with business development.

“My immediate plans are to look at the brand and identify the opportunities for growth and development,” Foy said.

“We currently have 42 franchisees but we have a strong business model and I believe that strategically we can add five additional franchisees this year.”

Foy has had previous success of growing and improving his own franchise in Brisbane. Over the last seven years he has been among the top earners and has been awarded for the highest sales increase and the best company team player.
During his seven years with Telstra, Foy was the Supply and Logistics Manager responsible for the Foxtel/Telstra Broadband rollout, which he successfully achieved the target of one million homes with an annual budget exceeding one billion dollars.

Superfinish Express Director David Bruckshaw said Foy has a great understanding of the industry and brings a renewed focus to the team.

“Caedmon has a wealth of experience in franchising and his proven track record of strong results, together with his passion for our brand means he will be a big asset to the team,” Bruckshaw said.
