Adam comes to SumoSalad from Yum! Restaurants International, where he was Head of Operations Excellence of Pizza Hut. During Adam’s 18-year career with Yum! Restaurants International, he has held leadership roles including Operations Project Leader, Site Development Manager and Business Development Manager across both Pizza Hut and KFC.

Adam Arnold joins SumoSalad after the departure of Ian Winn who held the role of Chief Operating Officer. Ian Winn has since gone on to head Oporto as CEO.
