TaxAssist Accountants continues expansion

TaxAssist Accountants continues to consolidate its success by opening a second shop in Queensland, on Tallebudgera Creek Road in West Burleigh.

The new shop – the small business specialist network’s fourth – reinforces TaxAssist’s presence in Queensland, adding to shopfront presence in Nerang, and Liverpool and Ultimo, New South Wales.

The shop is owned by Terry Murphy and Celeste Godwin, Directors of TaxAssist Accountants in QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT, Australia. They had been waiting for the perfect location to open a shop, keen to realise the benefits that a TaxAssist shop brings.

Terry is confident that the move to the open, visible, welcoming and conveniently located shop will further enhance the TaxAssist Accountants brand.

“The move to the new shopfront-style premises was a no-brainer, offering clients greater convenience, as well as providing us with a visible shop window to showcase our service and an after-hours service that other accountants in the area do not offer. It will allow us to demonstrate the TaxAssist model to potential franchisees interested in establishing their own practice,” said Terry.

TaxAssist Accountants provides small businesses with advice tailored specifically for their needs – from completion of end of year accounts and annual tax returns to payroll, GST and bookkeeping. This is complemented by a wide range of additional services including debt recovery, independent financial advice and personnel (HR) services.

There are now 12 TaxAssist Accountants shops and offices in Australia, with further expansion planned in the future.
