Five educational workshops to be held in Auckland in May will give New Zealand franchisors an opportunity to learn the latest in franchise management best practice so they can be even more effective in supporting their franchisees and growing their brands.
The 2015 Franchise Education Week events will also provide participants with points towards the internationally-recognised Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) qualification.
The workshops are suited for both mature and developing brands, with individual workshops devoted to specific job functions performed by franchisor staff (eg. franchise recruitment), or other aspects of network management. The five workshops are:

How to facilitate the sale of existing outlets. Auckland: May 16 (1pm -5pm)
The workshops are being organised by the Franchise Advisory Centre (a member of both the Franchise Association of New Zealand and the Franchise Council of Australia) and presented by former award-winning franchisor CEO and longstanding franchise educator Jason Gehrke.
Franchise Education Week has been held in New Zealand since early 2012 and delivers specialised franchise learning across a range of key franchisor job functions.
