Victorian Owners Win #1 Prize At Just Cuts International Franchise Awards In Alice Springs
Victorian Franchise Owners have taken out the top gong at last night’s Just Cuts Franchise Awards held during the company’s Annual International Conference in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. John and Georgina Apostolou took out the award for Franchisee of the Year. John and Georgina are the successful Owners of five Just Cuts salons; in Plenty Valley, Mildura, Knox (Wantirna South), Glen Waverley and The Pines-Doncaster, all located in Victoria.
John and Georgina were awarded for their outstanding operational performance, investing in the ongoing training of their Teams and their positive relationships and helpful demeanour with other Owners in the franchise system. John and Georgina opened their first Just Cuts, a brand-new salon at Knox, VIC in October 2014. They have since purchased two existing salons (Plenty Valley and The-Pines Doncaster) as well as celebrating two more grand openings (Mildura and Glen Waverley since).
Each of John and Georgina’s Just Cuts salons operate with the latest Just Cuts digital innovations including the exclusive cloud-based point of sale and marketing system, online Check-In and SMS technology. They have yielded fantastic financial results and are often amongst the top 10 retailing salons across the entire Just Cuts network of 200+ salons. John is also a valued member of the Just Cuts Franchise Advisory Council.
John and Georgina took out the top spot ahead of over 90 other Just Cuts franchisees.
